2. Domestic Shipping (within [Egypt])

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. International Shipping

• We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
• Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
• International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are determined by the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Traumen is not responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply to international orders.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Shipping Delays

• We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but please note that delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.

8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or undelivered, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

📦 At Delivery (Door-Step Check)

• You may open the package and try the items while the courier is present.
• You may accept the full order OR return the full order on the spot.
  Partial returns are not accepted.
• During sales & promotional offers:
  ❌ Packages cannot be opened, exchanged, or returned.
  ❌ Items purchased during sale periods cannot be refunded or exchanged.

🕒 After Delivery (Within 2 Days)

We ONLY accept returns/exchanges if:

• There is a manufacturing defect
• The product is damaged
• The item has a factory issue
• You received the wrong item/size/color

To request help:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send clear photos/video showing the issue
• Items must be:
  ✔️ Unused
  ✔️ Unwashed
  ✔️ Unaltered
  ✔️ With original tags & packaging

After approval:

We will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund/credit.

Note:

✔️ Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after the courier leaves.

✔️ Delivery fees & COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🌍 For International Orders (Gulf Region)

• COD is not available — all Gulf orders must be prepaid.
• ❌ No exchange/return for change of mind.
• If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund/credit.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
